Scorpio Theatre brought Calgary the Fringe plays Cry Havoc (2008) an the smash hit, Sacrilicious! (2007). Author Dan Gibbins’ comedies have won the Calgary Regional One-Act Festival Outstanding Original Script (2002), The Embridge Emergin Artist Award (2005) and the Calgary ACTS Outstanding Original Script award (co-winner, 2008).
