Online purchase cutoff is 2 hours before each scheduled performance.
We suggest patrons arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the performance start time, as all performances are General Seating/First come, first serve.
No Latecomers – because of the set-up of our venues, patrons will not be admitted after the performance starts (no, not even one minute after). With so many performances taking place, it is imperative that we stay on schedule. Therefore, performances start precisely at their designated show times, and no one is admitted once the show has started.
No Refunds – because we return 100% of ticket revenue to the artists, we cannot offer refunds on their behalf.
Matthew McKinney is a Calgary based actor and video artist. A graduate of the University of Alberta’s BFA Acting program, Matthew has since moved back to Calgary where he spends his spare time playing guitar, writing, and hoping for a decent snowfall. He is the owner of 2150 Creative a small video and theatre production company. You can find him performing weekly with the Improv Guild.
