Ticket Tips

We suggest patrons arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the performance start time, as all performances are General Seating/First come, first serve.

No Latecomers – because of the set-up of our venues, patrons will not be admitted after the performance starts (no, not even one minute after). With so many performances taking place, it is imperative that we stay on schedule. Therefore, performances start precisely at their designated show times, and no one is admitted once the show has started.

No Refunds – because we return 100% of ticket revenue to the artists, we cannot offer refunds on their behalf.

Details

Prairie Sky Productions was founded in 2007 by Catherine McLaughlin and Kate Stashko as a vehicle for their choreographic and performance endeavors. The collective strives to bring dance to new audiences across Alberta. Performance credits include Athabasca Country Fringe Festival (Athabasca), Alberta Dance Explosions (Calgary), the Luminato Festival (Toronto), the Junction Arts Festival and Fresh Blood (Toronto).

This time around, McLaughlin and Stashko, who are graduates of the Professional Training Program at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre, join forces with Kalyn Swihart, a graduate of the University of Calgary Program of Dance. They reunite after working in Toronto, Poland, Calgary and Lethbridge to present a fresh new show.
