A modern fable: Twelve-year-Old Gitte the Kinder-Whisperer is an expert in five types of Jitsu, three of which she invented herself, including the notorious Bear Jitsu (which involves Bears). Armed with her Danish grandfather’s folk tales, Gitte investigates the pre-pubescent rabble to determine whether “attention deficit” is the next step in human evolution.
